About Me

Hi, I’m Maria, and I’m a bookkeeping/accounting professional. My accounting path started in college, where I took a financial accounting course for my finance major and immediately got hooked. I know, it’s kind of nerdy. But hey, someone’s got to nerd out for accounting!

After graduating with a minor in accounting, I pursued and received certification from the Digital Bookkeepers Association as well as the QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online. I have hands-on experience in QuickBooks Desktop as well, so I like to think I’m (decently) well rounded.

But here’s the real thing you have to know about me – what I really care about is helping people understand their business’s finances. Because while I nerd out about accounting, I know that it isn’t what you went into business for. If I can make someone’s life or even make their day better and easier, I feel like I’ve accomplished my goal.
